These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 4bajee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 4bajee website, mobile platform, and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and esports wagering.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on 4bajee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 4bajee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

4bajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Age and Residency

The 4bajee platform is intended solely for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are aged 21 or above and that you are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes. 4bajee operates exclusively as a service for the Bangladesh market. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from within Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino activity is not prohibited by local law.

2. Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or hold an account on 4bajee and must not attempt to use the platform:

• Persons under the age of 21.
• Persons who have self-excluded from 4bajee or from any affiliated gambling platform during the active self-exclusion period.
• Persons who have been notified by 4bajee that their account has been permanently closed.
• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 4bajee or its technology and content providers.
• Persons accessing the platform through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technologies designed to disguise their true location in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.

3. Account Verification

4bajee reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time where we reasonably suspect that eligibility criteria may not be met. Acceptable documentation includes a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by 4bajee may result in suspension of the account and withholding of pending transactions.

4. Deposits

All deposits to your 4bajee account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 4bajee does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the platform's cashier section and are subject to change. 4bajee does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified 4bajee account. 4bajee reserves the right to require full identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. These timeframes are estimates and may vary.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements, which are specified in the relevant promotional terms. Funds that do not meet wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the conditions are satisfied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 4bajee are subject to specific terms set out in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds conditions, and expiry dates. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are valid for 7 days from the date of credit to your account.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 4bajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

7. Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on 4bajee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 4bajee does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Transactions initiated in a foreign currency by your payment provider will be converted to BDT at the rate applied by your provider; any currency conversion fees are your responsibility.

8. Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 4bajee are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, as published within the platform's betting rules section. Where a bet is placed on an event that is subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the applicable settlement rule for that market will apply. 4bajee reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where live betting was not explicitly offered for that market.

Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets and are displayed prior to bet placement. 4bajee reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts for any individual player or market at its discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

9. Casino Games

Casino games available on 4bajee, including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and table games, are provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are available within the game interface. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is certified by the relevant game provider and reflects theoretical long-term average payouts.

In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, 4bajee will use available game logs to determine the outcome of the round. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.

10. Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or payout calculations — whether caused by human error, technical fault, or data feed failure — 4bajee reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. 4bajee's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid in respect of losses arising from system outages, data errors, or third-party provider failures beyond the return of the applicable stake.

11. Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the 4bajee platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and user interface design — is the property of 4bajee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish, display, or commercially exploit any content from the 4bajee platform without the express prior written consent of 4bajee. Scraping odds data, game content, or any other platform data using automated tools is strictly prohibited.

12. User-Submitted Content

Where the platform allows you to submit content (such as support messages, feedback, or chat input in live game environments), you grant 4bajee a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purposes of operating the platform. You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party and does not contain unlawful, offensive, or defamatory material.

13. Platform Availability

4bajee will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, power failures, or acts of God.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4bajee shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, technical errors, or reliance on any information displayed on the platform. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Third-Party Services

The 4bajee platform incorporates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data feed providers. 4bajee is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services beyond what is within our reasonable control. Any dispute relating specifically to a third-party game outcome or payment processing issue will be investigated in cooperation with the relevant provider.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration. You agree that any claim must be brought within 12 months of the date on which you became aware of the matter giving rise to the claim.

17. Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 4bajee account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 4bajee will process any pending withdrawal of your available balance to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided that all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out upon voluntary closure.

18. Suspension and Termination by 4bajee

4bajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any associated balance, at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any other prohibited technology.
• Opening of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
• Any behaviour that 4bajee reasonably considers to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 4bajee will not be obligated to return any balance held in the account. Where closure results from a regulatory requirement or suspected criminal activity, 4bajee may be required to report the matter to the relevant authorities and to freeze the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

19. Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their own access to the 4bajee platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period through our customer support team or via the account settings section of the platform. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. 24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

25. No Waiver

The failure of 4bajee to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made explicitly and in writing by an authorised representative of 4bajee.
